Soca artiste Shurwayne Winchester lost both his parents in the space of two days. This was confirmed by PR Liason, Aba Luke.
"It is with tremendous sadness that I announce the passing of Shurwayne Winchester’s both parents, one day after the other," a statement said.
Despite the unfortunate circumstance, Winchester managed to host and entertain his audience at Addiction - The Breakfast All Inclusive In Arima, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The statement further said, "At this time, Shurwayne and his family, thanks his supporters, colleagues across the industry, and all else, for their well wishes and condolences."
