The Trinbago Unified Calypsonians’ Organisation (TUCO) will host the final of the National Senior Calypso Monarch Competition 2025 at Dimanche Gras on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the Grand Stand, Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Twelve finalists will compete for the prestigious Calypso Monarch title, with reigning monarch Machel Montano defending his crown. The competition will showcase a diverse range of calypsos addressing social commentary, cultural expression, and political discourse.
