A Sangre Grande teenager was stabbed to death after an argument with a man on Carnival Tuesday night.
Police said 18-year-old Prince Charles was liming on the Eastern Main Road at 10.30 pm when he got into an argument with a man. The argument escalated into a fight, and during the scuffle, the man pulled out a knife and stabbed Charles in the chest before running away.
Police responded and took Charles to the Sangre Grande Hospital, where doctors declared him dead at 10.49 pm.
Officers from the Region II Homicide Bureau are continuing their enquiries.
