Hosein, a self-employed farmer and resident of Frederick Settlement, Caroni, was last seen leaving his girlfriend’s home at Love Lane in Carapo, to return to his Kay Street home on January at 3 am.
Police said they received confirmation that Hosein was last seen with his girlfriend and her male relatives.
Hosein’s body will be taken to the Forensic Science Centre, St Lames, where an autopsy is expected to be conducted to determine the actual cause and time of death.
Anyone with information surrounding the circumstances of Hosein’s disappearance up until his body was found is encouraged to contact the Caroni Police Station, 999, 555 or 800-TIPS.
