Rad­hi­ca De Sil­va

Af­ter be­ing shot mul­ti­ple times, Donte For­tune ran for safe­ty in­to a room of a Clax­ton Bay bar but col­lapsed. The 22-year-old from Quar­ry Road, Morne Di­a­blo, was at­tacked around 10:05 pm on Fri­day.

Po­lice re­ceived a re­port of the shoot­ing, and of­fi­cers from the St Mar­garet's Po­lice Sta­tion found For­tune ly­ing in­side the bar.

Wit­ness­es saw him flee through the en­trance and make his way to a room on the west­ern side of the build­ing. Of­fi­cers dis­cov­ered him in a pool of blood, dressed in a black jer­sey and cam­ou­flage three-quar­ter pants.

Homi­cide of­fi­cers re­cov­ered two spent 9mm shells with CBC 9mm Luger mark­ings and one live 9mm round with iden­ti­cal mark­ings. For­tune's body was viewed by the Dis­trict Med­ical Of­fi­cer and re­moved to the Foren­sic Sci­ence Cen­tre.
