Pan-American Life Insurance Company of T&T Ltd (PALICTT) has expanded its agency network with the addition of the Dale McLeod Agency, a move the company says will strengthen its presence in the local insurance market and support its agent-led growth strategy.
The appointment took effect on July 1, 2026.
McLeod has more than three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry and is widely known for his record of agency leadership and client-focused financial advisory services, a release said yesterday.
It also noted his arrival aligns with the company’s focus on expanding trusted client relationships, strengthening its agent network and pursuing sustainable growth across the market.
McLeod has earned several major distinctions throughout his career, including 24 years as a Top Producer and 25 Million Dollar Round Table Top of the Table recognitions.
He has also been inducted into the T&T Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Hall of Fame and was awarded the Chaconia Medal Gold, the country’s second-highest national award.
More recently, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Financial Hall of Fame and was inducted as a Laureate.

CEO Caribbean Winston Williams welcomed McLeod and his team, saying the appointment supports the insurer’s efforts to build a stronger agency network, deepen client relationships and responsibly expand its market footprint.
